live from cape breton its... MEEE

so im in the loverly land of cape breton where its sunsunsunshiney (for ONCE it isnt sub zero weather) and ive just been hanging out poolside, running, and knitting nonstop. my cousins now refer to me as the "mute" (hilarious isnt it? ME.) because i really have very little to say. even if they werent eight i wouldnt have much to say except describing my vintage prom dress (which i hope is still at dressed in time so i can buy it monday!)... im very zen right now. there are no boys in the picture (were there ever?) and ive shopped basically all there is to shop... so ive resorted to knitting and running. ohhhm.

in other news... i miss jacqueline already. ive already started writing to her, except this time my mother has cut the postage stamp ration down so i can only send her two very fat letters. the time spent with her whilst she was here was awesome, we hung out lots with natabee and elles. cant wait until everyone is home again... i miss the comfort of routine.

in short this summer has been... light. theres been a fair share of drama, but ive chosen to ignore it. i think ive finally learned to calm down (which im pretty sure i will un-learn within the first week of school) and im a much happier person as a result.

off to look at the sheep accross the road. im the only one around here who finds sheep-watching amusing.
